Products
We have a no return policy for all OMA products. However products (excluding books) can be exchanged (conditions apply) within 3 days of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Books
Books cannot be returned or exchanged.
